Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Affordable Home Finance, Inc. ("Affordable Home Finance," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal and financial information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you when you use got-you.online or otherwise interact with us (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, mailing address, and details about your loan goals (e.g., purchase vs. refinance, general income or credit range) submitted through our forms, quizzes, or calculators.
- Information collected if you proceed with a loan application: more detailed financial information such as income documentation, asset and debt information, employment history, and Social Security number, collected through secure, encrypted channels separate from this marketing Site — typically directly by us or the funding lender as part of the formal loan application.
- Automatic information: IP address, approximate location, device/browser type, and usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your rate quote request, schedule a consultation, and deliver the mortgage broker services you request.
- To shop your loan scenario across our network of funding lenders and present you with program options.
- To comply with mortgage lending, licensing, and recordkeeping laws applicable to California mortgage brokers.
- To improve the Site and, where permitted, send relevant marketing (you can opt out anytime).
3. Financial Privacy — Your GLBA Rights
As a financial services provider, Affordable Home Finance is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) financial privacy rules. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from applications and other forms, from your transactions with us, and from consumer reporting agencies (such as credit bureaus) when you apply for a loan program.
We do not sell your nonpublic personal information. We may share it with the funding lenders, credit bureaus, title/escrow companies, and other service providers necessary to shop, process, and close your loan, and as otherwise permitted or required by law. Where we share information with non-affiliated third parties for purposes beyond completing your transaction, you have the right to opt out of that sharing by contacting us using the information in Section 8 below.
4. Communications Consent (TCPA)
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms, you expressly agree that Affordable Home Finance and its service providers may contact you by phone call or text message — including by automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages — at the number provided, regarding your loan inquiry and, where checked, for marketing purposes. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service, and you may still request a rate quote by phone or email without providing this consent.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We retain a record of your consent, including the date, time, and method of consent, for as long as required by applicable law.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and third-party analytics/advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) to understand usage and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only: (a) with funding lenders and settlement service providers as necessary to shop and process your loan; (b) with service providers who help us operate (e.g., CRM, email, scheduling, hosting); (c) when required by law, regulation, or legal process; and (d) with your consent.
7. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption for data submitted through our forms. We retain personal and financial information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by mortgage industry recordkeeping laws (which can require retention of loan-related records for several years after closing or application).
8. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information we must retain for loan recordkeeping or legal compliance);
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising and profiling; and
- Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We will verify your request before acting on it. If you disagree with our response, you may appeal by contacting us, and — if still unresolved — you may contact the California Attorney General's office.
