We help you shop purchase, refinance, and debt-consolidation loan scenarios across a network of funding lenders. A free rate quote or consultation is an introductory, no-obligation conversation and does not, by itself, create a loan application, a commitment to lend, or a binding engagement of any kind. Any actual loan is subject to a separate, written loan application and the underwriting requirements and approval of the funding lender.

Any statement on this Site describing a guaranteed rate, price, closing date, or approval outcome is marketing language only and does not create a binding legal offer. Binding terms are established solely through a signed, written loan estimate, rate lock agreement, or closing disclosure issued by the funding lender in accordance with applicable law.
